I just get "Out of Office" back from both sendees now - typical !!!
I bet that they have "blocked me" ?
I feel another letter to my MP coming on ....
Incidentally - why does DWP appear to have a security issue with emails ?
They have just spent £1.26 billion upgrading it
Could this be a "person issue" rather than an "IT issue" ?

They have one last chance
I emailed them

I have done some investigations into DWP IT Security policies and have come up with the attached (from the web) - perhaps this has been updated - could you please give me the link to the newer version (no security issue in doing that ?)

No mention is made of any blanket ban on external internet emails - except for restricted (must be encrypted) and (obviously) confidential (not to be used) - I can understand the reasons for this - but my questions are simply "personal" ie) No official security marking - so I am asking again for this policy to be followed and allow me to receive responses by email DWP - specifically (but not exclusively) my DEA - who was not able to warn me about this change in policy, merely stopped responding a couple of weeks ago.
My main questions that I am after responses to are simple job/benefit related ones (ie No security marking)
If "hotmail" is the issue - please feel free to respond on my main email account - ******@*******.co.uk - after (of course) following the guidelines and sending a "test message" first - to verify that I am who I say I am........
