Husbands card - my balance

I'm after advice please. We want to apply for a 0% interest credit card in my husbands name and transfer a balance from his credit card along with balances from my 2 credit cards. I wondered what the best way to do this would be? I k ow when you apply you have to state your debts so would they reject his application if he only listed his card but then added details of my cards on the balance transfer page? Many thanks

The simple solution is don't list anything on the balance transfer page - just ring up if it's accepted and do it over the phone.
  • Thanks for the advice. He has just been accepted for a Virgin card but the limit he's been given will only cover one of the cards we want to balance transfer (there's 3 cards in total). CAn anyone advise what to do next? Do we ring them and ask them if they can increase the limit or apply to another co for a differetn card to transfer a balance on to? Many thanks
