very tired today but have got us both out the door, dressed, lunches done, looking half respectable, done rubbish and recycling and I cycled to the sorting office before coming to work. Think Ive done ok so far today

blur - finishing near pride park yuck but other than that not a bad run, as far as runs go... would prbably kill me at the moment as i am sooo un-fit keep meaning to start getting in some proper exercise just never seem to get any time
