    Thanks, and I wouldn't even know where to start with that one really. Whenever they mentioned pensions when I was training my brain would just switch off:o

    Hmmm.
    It is almost 9.30. I am sitting here in a towel with wet hair and I need to be leaving the flat by about 10.15 for group....

    And still I sit here...

    Morning

    very tired today but have got us both out the door, dressed, lunches done, looking half respectable, done rubbish and recycling and I cycled to the sorting office before coming to work. Think Ive done ok so far today
