Wouldn't it be cheaper by train?0

Looks like OP is getting a return East London to Bolton at around £15 per head.Wouldn't it be cheaper by train?
I don't imagine trains could compete with that, even with group discounts, especially at the time of day he/she proposes to start.
But of course, I may be wrong. :beer:0 -
East London to Bolton by train? Central line from say, Stratford or Redbridge to Liverpool Street. Then Circle or District round to Euston. Then Euston to Manchester Picadilly through to Bolton, to leave around 4.a.m?
I don't think so!Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

I'm sorry, I don't apologise. That's just the way I am. Homer (Simpson)0 -

You maybe don't want the cheapest deal - you want a coach that will turn up and won't break down on the way there. Or back, but maybe less important....
Neither trains nor tubes run that early, particularly on a Sunday.
That particular Sunday there aren't any trains anyway - they've been bustituted up to lunch time.
I would guess you need to go with what you've got - you've evidently put some work in and should trust its results.0
