Problem is, very clever timing for him, as to get it sorted so as to not put off a buyer, he is expecting you will agree.
Spot on. That's what I was thinking. He has you over a barrell! You have to declare there's an issue with the neighbour, but in doing so, you may put off prospective buyers.
