Transco Shares - What is happening?

Hi People,
Heard in the news yesterday that Transco are being sold or something similar and I thought I read something about Transco buying peoples shares.
I have some Transco shares. Was thinking of selling them in the next few weeks or was I right in what I thought I read and should I wait until Transco buy the shares back.
Or did I miss read whatever I read.

They are selling four of their Gas networks. This does not mean National Grid Transco is being sold.
