    Avoid TalkTalk and it's offspring (Tiscali, Carphone Warehouse) etc.
    I'm constantly hearing tales of woe from customers who are getting overcharged, dodgy service.
    Best yet is the attempt to get a MAC code. 4 times a particular customer rang TalkTalk to get a MAC code, was put on hold each time for a half hour and then the line went dead.
    She eventually got through to them via Ofcom and one of their technical management team explained that the entire customer services department was in a shambles!
