download and run "Remove Fake Antivirus" from http://download.cnet.com/Remove-Fake-Antivirus/3000-2239_4-10915342.html and that should sort it out

I suspect they need to run combofix , but its not a program to use unless its needed

combofix is not the "holy grail" of software as a good few people think it is, but do carry on.
Process Explorer if you know how to use it will find almost any kind of threat and much safer than combofix.
