Tesco and Maestro card frustration!!!!!!

I've been putting orders through with Tesco groceries for ages, I use a Yorkshire Bank Maestro card. It no longer has an issue number, but to get it through I used to put '99' in the issue number box.
This has worked for quite a while, but tonight noticed the website has a new look?
So did the order and went through to pay, but it wouldn't accept the issue number? So even left the number out, still no joy.
So phoned their technical help and still unable to put the order through, so in the end I had to use the my credit card!!!!!!
How come such a large company can't accept orders if you have no issue number, had no problem with loads of sites for payment.
If they don't update I'm not ordering again, I don't want to use my credit card for food orders.

Have you tried 00, 01 or just 1? Or if you know it is the 2nd or 3rd card or whatever that you've had, use that number.0

Thats what I mean up to last week my no issue Maestro went through ok, it's since the update of their website.
Even the technical fella said there could be hitches:eek:0 -
Doesnt the site have a list of logos of various cards that they accept, if maestro is on the list then maybe somthing is wrong with at tescos end0

I've used my maestro with Tesco for over 4 years and it's on their list, it has to be their fault. Don't think many banks issue Maestro anymore, oh well always Sainsbury's................Doesnt the site have a list of logos of various cards that they accept, if maestro is on the list then maybe somthing is wrong with at tescos end0
