AFAIK all this will do is reduce the number of 0% offers on the market and increase the pass score for any providers left offering 0% deals.

Great for those that aren't proficient at handling a credit card, terrible for those that read the summary box before applying and ensure to use the card in the best way possible.

As usual, another law set to prevent the ignorant from being damaged by their own stupidity resulting in fewer products available to suit the provicient and savvy...

Completely agree with Izools. Another slap in the face for the consumer and bad news all round. What is remotely untransparent about the current system?
