Hi
Just got a letter back from Lloyds saying that theyve got my complaint. Do I give them 8 weeks from the receipt of this letter or when I sent my original letter off.

Looking at all the other threads about Lloyds Im not holding out much hope, but HFC sent me a settlement figure within a week, so Im hoping deep down that Lloyds agree with the same reasons for a mis sell.

However, the win with HFC has give me the boot up the bum (so to speak) to write to my cc/store cards - so look out Burtons, Barclaycard and Argos - has anybody had any results with these.

I would go by the date they received it.;) Some go by the date on letter.
You will be fine, just keep at them and stand your ground.

Good luck with all your reclaims.

There have I believe been success with all the others you have stated, when you get the chance as its a very long thread, check out the success thread.

Hi - chin up - don't give up on LTSB, they paid me out within 10 weeks of my first letter, just keep at them! good luck:)
