Duplicate Flight Booking due to error on Ryanair website

Im just wondering if anyone can offer me any advice on an issue I have with Ryanair / Terminala.co.uk
I tried to book some flights with Ryanair via a website called terminala.co.uk but it came up with an error and asked me to retry. I decided to retry using the Ryanair.com website itself and again this came up with an error but it advised me to check my emails incase the booking had gone through. On checking my emails to my horror I had confirmations for the 1st attempt and the 2nd attempt (PS. the 2nd attempt I booked from a different UK airport). So I have now been charged basically for 4 return flights rather than 2. The flights are on the same day, for the same 2 names with the same 2 passport numbers but Ryanair are refusing to refund any money. I am currently over £500 out of pocket due to this error on the website.
I have contacted Terminala and they have basically washed their hands off it and told me to contact Ryanair. As instructed by Ryanairs call centre I faxed all the details of the duplicate booking to their Head Office and they have come back to me 7 days later saying they will not refund any of the money for any of the flights. I have tried to make a complaint but my only option is to fax or send a letter to Head Office.
I used my HSBC Credit Card to make the booking, I have contacted my bank and they have asked me to fax all the details to them to investigate. They have advised me the process will take 6 weeks.
I wonder if anyone out there could offer me any advice. I am due to fly in 3 weeks and I now cant afford to go away on my first holiday with my 7 year old daughter because my spending money has now been in theory taken by Ryanair due to the duplicate booking.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
Kind Regards

Aren';t ryanair funny about bookings made through 3rd party websites? Thats possibly one reason why they wont refund you.0

never book ryanair through 3rd party sites, ryanair doesnt like travel agents websites booking there seats
I book lots of them for customers but using the customer details and email address, i wont suspect you will get any refund because you have booked to fly from a different airport if it had of been the same flights then yeah they would look at it as duplicateI am a Travel Agent

The title of this thread is "Duplicate Flight Booking due to error on Ryanair website", but the OP says -I tried to book some flights with Ryanair via a website called terminala.co.uk but it came up with an error and asked me to retry
So the problem appears to be with Terminala's website not Ryanair's website, so no wonder Ryanair are not interest in solving the problem.
As for sorting out the problem with Terminala, since they are a Spanish company (with some spanglish sounding T&Cs) good luck in getting any money back from them.0 -

What so it was just a coincidence the Ryanair website came up with an error also when I tried the second time. I think not.0 -
At the end of the day you shouldnt of assumed the flights hadnt of booked
You should of tried to contact the Terminala company first
Now you have went onto ryanair and booked the flights from a different airport they are not gonna refund you if the flights had of been booked again from the same airport they would of most likely just refunded it
Sorry but its the end of the road there is nothing else you can do, dont mean to sound harsh but this is the caseI am a Travel Agent
