I have put a claim in against Black Horse (for car finance I got from a Peugeot Garage) as I was told Black Horse wouldn't give me the finance unless I took insurance and now Black Horse have refused twice now to investigate. Firstly they stated the garage I bought the car off was no longer trading so couldn't discuss with them. When I told them it was still trading just under a different name and provided evidence they just stated they would not investigate further. They have failed to look at any points I have raised with them and have stated they will not be providing any more communciation on the matter. I am not sure what to do next?

Couple of questions. What date did you take this car loan out. Secondly who sold you the loan was if the garage.:mad:0
