Hiya Allie - cat is cute isn't he - cute but mean .....!!

I'm off to do my clicking now - you and GeeBee should persevere - it is easy money for doing searches but it does take a long time to start paying out - I haven't had any payouts yet and I started in March - and it takes me a long time to do the clicks too

Surveys are good too - I will try anything to make extra mony - well almost anything......................................

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm going to look into the clicking and surveys more tomorrow at work (during allocated break times of course!), I think i could do it though I'd be super slow and probably impatient at the length of time before getting monies! :D

Night Allie - sorry I have been busy with doing my clicks

Spoon - I see you have updated the NSD's and I reported mine after your summary but I also gave details of our surprise holiday. Hubbie and I have been invited on holiday as guests of my cousin & her husband to celebrate their Golden Wedding Anniversary - she has hired the Royal Scotsman/Orient Express for a 5 day tour of Scotland with everything included (accomm, food, drinks, entertainment) so all we have to pay for is travel up to Edinburgh, kennels fees for 3 dogs, some flashy clothes, and any spending we might need on excursions including private tasting at whisky distillery, the laird as a guide around his castle, etc - we have checked it out online and it is superb - just waiting for the brochure my cousin posted to us today so we can start drooling over it !!!!

To say the least, we are really looking forward to it - we haven't had a holiday for about 5 years and couldn't see us getting one any time soon, but this is one of those 'dream trips' so we just can't believe it yet .. :j

But I must go to bed now to get up for the car boot in the morning - sweet dreams
how lovely what a great suprise i would love to go on the orient express
you will have a lovely time when are you going (month) :D
always smile no matter how broken you are.

Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.

What is a Troll? A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made.

If you should get a comment made on any thread you post asking for help and advice please realise this comment is not directed at you personally.
We really are all a lovely bunch here (oops, modest, sorry) so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal.

what should i do if i get a comment made on my thread?

firstly do not respond to the comment as this invariably is what the person wants. At the bottom of the post, on the left hand side is a red "warning" triangle. Click this and then "send" the message that comes up. This will report the message to abuse who will review it's content and delete it.

The person we had this morning was particularly vile and nasty and please believe me is an extreme rarity here.
Above all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS. THIS SITE IS AN ASSET TO SO MANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT FEELS THE WORLD IS FALLING IN ON YOU. THERE IS SUCH A WEALTH OF ADVICE HERE TO BE HAD THAT THE COMMENTS OF ONE MUST NOT DETER YOU FROM AVAILING YOURSELF OF THE KNOWLEDGE HERE!!!!

It is testament to the work that martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time knowledge and experience freely to others, without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of debt crisis

PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT.

    Kind wishes
    P

Welcome to the debt free wannabe board. A great place for seeking advice and inspiration and support on getting out of debt. Please read the above in case you come across one of the very few trolls or more frequent spammers that come our way.

Please join in and bump Fred to page one if he is found lost and wandering - Thank you :A
