Numpty - plumbers can charge a fortune - you could have found your new career - well done for fixing the washer. Enjoy the (proper) rugby:D
carol - I'm working as well (I'm on a break now, so allowed on here before anyone says anything), bit painful today but I'm thinking of the money
Tixy - happy painting (although I notice you're on here at the moment, or is that your dog?, or maybe you've finished now). Hope it's going OK:D

It was sunny and cool this morning but it is gorgeous now as it got warmer and warmer as day went on - just had the dogs out and it was actually hot out there - wow - perhaps we will have a summer. DH as been out cutting down our jungle of a front garden so is a good job well done

Niddy - we lived in Peterborough from 1985 to 2000 and hubbie used to work in Market Deeping for a while then and we used to go to Deeping quite often as we had friends there -lovely place - fantastic fish & chip shop - and we used to play golf at Toft GC Bourne

By way of explanation for newcomers, Numpty likes Rugby League which, compared with Rugby Union, is a bit like a Brownies Jamboree or vicarage tea party.....
