Hi there!
I've just got a Peugeot 206 (2002 "Look" model) and I haven't the faintest clue about purchasing an iPod car kit.
I'd really appreciate any help in finding a kit, or an actual in-car CD player that supports iPods, but they can't be FM Transmitted or Wireless - I'd really like the kit to be hard wired to my stereo.
Please help, and thank you!

It depends on who manufactures the peugeot stereo in your car as to which of these adapters will fit. £50 from ebay or £100 from retailer.

this a pretty good one I've seen it working and its a pretty good nice looking as well, It does need to be proffesionally installed and I think Halfords will do it for around £ 45 ish ( but check )
we sell it for around £119+ vat but to be honest check around as they may be cheaper because we dont stock it and would have to do a special order check the link below it will give you the full spec.

You will need some space to fit the screen and mouse but its not that bigThink40 -

Well I know what's on my birthday list then!
Thanks for that...
;-)
Will that fit any car stereo?

yes should do, they usually leave the ipod connector in your glove box so the ipod is out of sight The cables are wired behind your dashboard so well worth getting someone who knows what they are doing. screen and mouse are nice and dont ruin the look of your carThink40

i agree the kit is 100% staying with the car when you sell it or you will be having a few screw holes in the dashboard, although i suppose for the price you could live with it.
I just received the Kensington version of the itrip wireless and using a FM transmittor illegal in the UK until hopefully November ish
These are only around £35 and just plug in the 12v socket if you can wait this might be a better option cheaper and portableThink40 -
I can't thank everyone enough for the help they've given me.
One question, though, with the following item, will I be able to charge my ipod and control it from the CD player / wheel stalk remote control of the car?
