any other learner drivers out there?

i'm a learner and they way my lessons are going i might be a learner for the rest of my life. My driving instructer is terrible and the car isn't much to boast about either.

hi, ive just finished learning to drive - had 38hrs in total but failed my first test for not indicating right on a roundabout! grrr! retest is booked for next week, feeling a lot calmer about it this time is good.

The thing I feel has helped me most is getting my own car and getting out and about in town with my parents or partner, just spending time repeatedly going round the "problem" areas and building up my confidence.

I was lucky with my instructor, hes a cool guy and I felt happy with him, at the end of the day you pay a lot of money for lessons, if you aren't happy, switch! recommendation from someone else is always a good idea.

I've got my test booked for soon!!:rolleyes: and i also have a car to drive round in, with my poor old mum!!I'm dying to pass though then i can be fully independent at last!!good luck with your 2nd test and keep us posted!! :beer:
