Norwich Union & Elephant.co.uk both offer discounts for Pass Plus. Norwich Union told me it was 48% when I sorted out a policy for my son.
This list might help;

I'd double check that pplus discount with Tesco. From what I know the discount is age based and goes like 17-20 gets 20%, 21-24 gets 30% and 25+ gets 10% as the usual introductory discount is 35%.0

I just passed my driving test about a week ago, before I had an oversea licence. also had an accident (still going through insurance at Easter.) Anyway found out two things
norwich Union will give 40% discount "BUT" that will only apply if you never had insurance before. So if you had insurance on provisional, or on full and than decided to do a passplus, you won't get the discount. Eastleigh insurance i think will give discount if you had insurance and it is about 30% but with them if you had accident even if it is not your fault, they can't give you the pass plus discount. Whilst hastings could not add passplus at all. spoke to a broker who suggested passplus is not really worth it (at leas in my case.) if i did Advance driving course through (someone posted a link to it) that cost about £80 to do, Norwich Union would knock £50 off my premium. And forever more will get discount. So you might find doing the advance course is a better value, (I did not call all around on the last one.) Also they have a course you can get at Halfords as well at the moment £99 for a 3/6 month course or £199 for an intensive course that takes I think 2 weeks.0 -
pass plus is worth it will give you a driving experince for life it reduced my insurancve from £1200 to only £722.00 so well worth it.
Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.0 -
It might be worth doing for the driving experience but not in all cases it result in a discount.0
