Moonpig Rock!!

After reading about moonpig on a forum on here I decided to give them a go. I'm going to a wedding of the sister of an old best friend and they'd asked for cash or vouchers. Dont get me wrong i'm not tight, just careful.. I could have put a tenner in their card, big wow, instead I got a specific personalised card from moonpig, cost just over three quid, with delivery. Super cheap for a quality glossy card, which was delivered the following day!! Jeez, these guys really know how to provide a quality service, probably would have ended up spending £3 on a decent card anyway so result. I strongly urge you all to have a look, sorry cant do links, but just type moonpig into your search engine and it'll come up. So sorted for the card. I then went to name it gifts and ordered a wine bottle label, which was put on the front off a bottle of champers. Hey presto two unique gifts, which no one else will have bought, I dont look stingy, for under £20 result...

Yes - Moonpig are fantastic.

I recently bought a Me to You card from them and when it turned up it wasn't quite what I expected. The text on the inside was very small, however it had looked exactly as I had wanted it to on the preview.

I e-mailed them expressing my disappointment as the cards I had had before I was very pleased with and this was not the standard I had expected. Unfortunately the card was needed for the next day.

They e-mailed me back within an hour saying they had checked my order and I must have inadvertently pressed the "enter" key too many times which had been why it was all squashed into the one space.

They then offered to re-send it to me special delivery (as it was needed for the next day) at no cost to myself.

I was so pleased with their customer service (and their actual cards) that I have recommended them to all my friends.

I agree Moonpig are great.Ordered from them a few times now and their service is always 1st class.

It's a shame they have such a terrible name for their company. Did they just pick out two random words from the dictionary until they found a company name that wasn't taken?

It may be an awful name, but it is very memorable! Which is the point I guess.

They are absolutely first class. Recieved a card today which was a photocard. The quality of the photo was superb. I has been slightly concerned that it would come out a bit grainy but it was perfect.

Had no issues at all with the writing inside, in fact it was crystal clear.

Will definately be using from now on as the cards are comparable in price to most card retailers, if now a bit cheaper.:T

I've used them for ages now... An excellent company

One issue to watch for though (and it's not their fault) is deliveries in December. Make sure that all deliveries are done about 4-5 days before you need them as they are based in Jersey and all the DVDs & CDs that people order make the delivery system from Jersey a bit slower than normal.

Oh god yes the advert - however if I buy cards for people and they ask where I got them from and say Moonpig. They generally go `huh?`

Then I sing "moonpig, moonpig.cooooooom" and they say `oh yeaaaaah`!! :rotfl:
