Hiya All,
Mybe the wrong place!
I bought a watch froM an "Orvis" store 3-4yrs ago, it stopped working, tried new batteries with no joy.
Sent watch and covering letter to the customer service at "Orvis" asking if it could be repaired, i think the answer was no, as two days later a brand new watch arrived at our door.
They never asked for proof of purchase, as if a bloke keeps receipts!
The goods you buy from this company have a 20yr guarantee, WHOPPIEE.
What a service.
