He lights a banger but instead, is treated to a Roman Candle. The spectacle on this board is great.
Listen thieves it's simple - The price you paid for your house in 1970, 80 or 90 was X. The value of X in todays market (taking into consideration inflation etc) would be Y. But the price you thieving turds are selling it for is Z, which is way way more than what it should be truly worth (Y).
Please please please don't make me draw pictures. It's simple.
Sugar coat it all you want but the bottom line is your no worse than my mate Dave who robbed a kid of his anglo bubble gum.
To the guy who wants to buy my car for 1/2 the price I paid for it - how do you want to pay me?0 -
Well you are totally wrong there. When I sell my house I hope to get Q.0

Damp Squib more like...
You may have also seen the OP (Troy Mclure Style) in other highly rated posts such as 'Rant myself richer' and 'If I can't have it - noone should'
The only slight flaw in his otherwise spectacular reasoning is that many thousands of housebuyers (they are often the ones that have applied themselves in life and can afford nice things BTW - OP take note) can still actually afford to buy houses at current prices. I think it's known as 'market economics' or somesuch
He is correct in part though. 'Simple' is definitely the word that applies here....Go round the green binbags. Turn right at the mouldy George Elliot, forward, forward, and turn left....at the dead badger0 -

Another sugarcoated answer from a tea-leaf supporting rip-off Britain.
I can afford nice things also. I just choose to pay the right/honest price and not the one our goverment depicts based on economical factors (which is over-exxagerated).
At the moment, the country is contemplating pushing fuel prices to £1.20 per litre for Unleaded petrol. They justify this based on "economical factors". What's the first thing that is likely to enter your mind after knowing that:
"bunch of robbing *******".
But why? - it's just inflation, its the economy, its fair, its ok, its affordable. Shutup you simpleton.
There is no difference between your house selling strategy and their petrol selling strategy is - your both a bunch of robbing tw@'s.
Now go do something your good at and make yourself a nice cuppa PG Tips you tea-leaf.0 -

Mmm tea...lovely. My assistant usually makes it but hey, I'm not above whipping up a brew from time to time.
BTW why on earth do you think I'm selling any of my property? TBH I'm perfectly happy making a 20% return on the rental currently.
