In fairness, GB did promise that he wouldn`t let the housing market get out of control. I wonder if that caused many people to vote Labour????

gb is more full of s*** than a sewer

Was this moved here from discussion time or something? It appears to be full of names I don't recognise - an almost unheard-of event these days on this board.

:rotfl:O believe me house prices will be at the 1980's prices in the next 2 years
Maybe then people might stop becoming robbing b****ds and actually sell houses for what they are really worth - 100k (or whatever they were when they paid for them at the time of purchase plus any enhancements)

Sorry but thats how I feel. If you don't like it, I dont care.
As an investor, you know that any kind of investment opportunity has its risks, and investing in Stocks or Precious Metals is highly speculative. All of the content I post is for informational purposes only.

I very much doubt it, TBH.

It would be nice, from a personal perspective, but I can't really see it happening.

While certainly not sharing the OP's perspective, i do think it's a shame that society seems to have created a whole kind of underclass, that feels so Disenfranchised & embittered.
In essence GB's economic miracle was largely based on Stuffing the country full of people, restricting supply of housing, cheap credit, so we could all flog property to each other at ever more rediculous levels !
Im'e ok, tho i have several friends who may never own their own bricks & mortar, differance being i dont rub it in their noses, unlike one poster in particular on this board who's life seems to be centred around trying to wind people up .. Sad man . :)

It perfectly demonstrates the warped and sick mentality of housing bears.
