I have just used powdered milk for making custard!

    I always use powdered milk for custard, thanks to a tip from a fellow OSer MATH. I put enough milk powder to make a pint of milk in a bowl, add the needed custard powder and sugar then just poir on boiling water. LOVELY. Once, when I ran out of custard powder I also made it with the milk podwer and cornflour, sugar and vanilla essence. Works well.
    WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbs
    Weight today = 17st 6.5lbs
    Loss to date 32.5lbs!!!
