Help with colour of carpet to get

Hi

My mum has been given a red leather suite from someone, but doesn't know which colour of carpet to get.

She says that she doesn't want to get something to light as it will get dirty quickly (she has cats and dogs). Has anyone got any advice on which colour of carpet to get.

I suggest that your mum visits her local carpet shop and borrow a sample book or two to take home and put against the suite and her other decor. Make sample book selection on room size and budget to fit. I'm sure your local shop will be able to give guidance on what colour carpet should fit with the suite.

how about laminate flooring, would it be easier to keep clean or too slippy for the dogs
