claire, my bathroom ceiling has cracked and drooped where water leaked though from the flat upstairs, the window cracked over 10 yrs ago and is held in place with brown tape! and the wooded frames are a bit mouldy!

er claire.....no wallpaper, manky floor that squelched, dirty mat that was NEVER changed, bath that leaked with no board around it, damp and mould on the floor going up the walls....wasn't mine, was my sister's mates.....god it was skanky....and it stank, of old overcooked veggies and dinner and wet dog...used to make me feel physically sick.

Oh, and it was never cleaned and the taps leaked, so there was water marks in the bath and the sink and no mirror and crappy plastering and the loo was never cleaned so it was covered in mingy brown marks and skids at the bottom and the seat was never cleaned and was sticky and covered in dog hair and cracked....eeeew

Claire I have got the pics, but they are too big for me to look at properly to get the perspective of the room - my daughter has gone to bed so I will have to ask her how to make them into a reasonable size tomorrow.

Is the wash hand basin at the back of the bath?
