Have you seen the lovely physio man again?

Bl**dy neighbours had someone cutting their hedge this afternoon so didn't get as much sleep as I needed Few weddings on as well but can normally sleep through the church bells.

Had another NSD, but made up for that yesterday ordering some clothes online to celebrate nearly losing a stone

Hey KP :hello: that was my weight last week so yup same weight Think it's taken 6 or 7 weeks, pleased it seems to be steadyish should be able to keep it off easier?!

Have been up 2 hours have to go out later on but might see if I can have a nap before.

Went to see Dad yesterday, got there at same time as BB and niece, which was nice

Need a list for today so here it is

• Ring Barclaycard, got a letter saying the APR will go up to 16.9 from 11.9 but I can call and keep it at 11.9 if I effectively close it - its down to 350 after the BT
• Renew breakdown cover
• Pay car bill
• Buy hay & rabbit food
• Passport photos (maybe) need to renew driving license

LB is back tomorrow, off to F&Bs to celebrate his birthday

Ummmm I NEED coffee lol

Morning Pen

Meal was lovely last night Ate too much lol but I'd saved points for 3 days I lost 4lbs when I went to WI before the meal, will have been a bit of a false weight though as I'd only had a bowl of cereal at that point.

Got all of my list done over Mon & yesterday. Don't have much to do today, need to give the car a quick clean & clean the animal cages out. Then sit down and watch the footy... come on Eng-er-land.
