How annoying at LB's t-shirt  Hope you manage to get it sorted.
Alton Towers!!! I really want to pay a visit there this year but not sure when/if can fit it in as it's a 2 day thing for us with travel etc....ooh now you've got me thinking
:T on the weight loss!!!!
Hope you have a good day lovely xx0 -
Argh I could honestly cry.
After 30 minutes in a queue I got through to CS who told me to return the shirt and they would send a new one, when I explained this wouldn't be here in time. They said to go to a store and buy a new one + return wrong one for a refund. I told them I had tried to buy in store but they didn't have the correct numbers, so they put me through to my nearest store so I could check - this one doesn't have the right letters. The lad I spoke to did say he would ring other stores and call me back. Although another store did have the letters, I wasn't prepared to give them extra money while I waited for a refund. The store said they couldn't just do a swap for it.
So I rang JJB who have the correct shirt size, letters and numbers, so I'm off there at lunch.
I spoke to the CS manager at Sports Direct who wasn't prepared to help, I would have thought given the circumstances there would be something he could do. When I asked for the complaints address he basically said that you're speaking to them so it would be a waste of time.

Moose, it wasn't fit for the purpose you bought it for so they should give you a refund. Their customer service is poor though.
Well done on the weight lossThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
OH picked up the new shirt from JJB last night it looks really good
It's all wrapped ready to post to him today
Wrong shirt from SD is also wrapped ready for return (I've highlighted the 21 on the invoice/return form) - they've given me a freepost address to return it to but I'll pay extra for special delivery, I want proof they've received it!!
Once I've had a refund from them I'm going to write them a letter of complaint.
