USB Connection

Have a new digital camera and have a problem loading photos onto computer, emailed help line and was told to make sure usb connection is set for mass storage, anyone know how I go about setting usb for mass storage? I have windows xp.

Should be dispalyed as a drive when you connect the said hardware in my computer.0

When I connect the camera to the computer the BUSY light on the camera comes on but nothing happens on the computer0

Well maybe in your bios you're settings for usb is 1.1 and not 2.0
Or you installed drivers from the disk which came with the camera, however xp sp2 has the updated usb 2.0 drivers.
I did have a similar problem with an MP3 not gaining a virtual drive, did a repair install of windows xp pro sp2, updated my system and it worked fine.
Try the above maybe.0
