The KH dropped DD2 off this evening from yet another new Landrover. It promptly refused to start :D. Graciously allowed him to call the AA on my phone and wait for them indoors with a coffee. But sent him to wait in DDs' [STRIKE]bedroom[/STRIKE] foetid pit:A.

Heard him walk in. Silence. Pause. Few heartbeats.

'OH MY LIFE!:eek::eek:YOU LIVE LIKE A PIG!!!!!!!':eek::eek:

DD spent the period tidying up whilst he propped himself against the doorframe drinking coffee watching and talking to her. (like I haven't tried that one myself...)

Nevertheless, :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: - she thought I wouldn't ever follow through on showing him exactly what a mess the room was!

AND - he even told her to tell me he said thank you for the coffee!!!!!

One small victory in a month of being immobilized with a duff ankle, some nasty nasty kind of flu (been vaccinated against swine & seasonal, must be bird, I suppose) lasting a fortnight and a whole mound of OU coursework.

Just glad I remembered to empty the litter tray before he turned up, as it was getting decidedly funky....

    Fab :)
I'm in this week and will try and get done what I can in my hetic schedule but every little helps :)
Thank you to pigpen, soappie and toots,(hope all goes well at the hospital love), for all that you do :A
Have a good week all :)

I didn't manage to get 5 stars last week - only 3, but I have listed 7 items on Ebay and one item has 10 watchers! - ooh the excitement!!!! Also managed to clear 4 bags of stuff for charity to collect tomorrow morning - so I do feel quite a small sense of achievement!!!

Had a lovely mothers day card from DD (at uni) and possibly about to get one from my DS - yes I do know that it is 10.15PM!!!! - yes I did get a card and my DS certainly knows how to wind me up (in a nice way)!!!! Just like his Dad.

Thanks Pigpen, Soappie and the mystery Toots (I reckon it could be Quillion or AnW's as you've both done stars in the past)

    I am in!
