The prize is an overnight stay on a Saturday night only for two people at a four star country house hotel local to the winner’s home. Prize includes dinner in either the hotel or a nearby restaurant, a Full English or Continental breakfast to your room on the Sunday morning, as well as complimentary delivery of The Sunday Times to your room up to a value of £390. The winner will be asked for three preferred dates and a location to take their prize within the UK; the remainder of the trip will be selected and booked by NDL Agency. Prize excludes all travel, beverages and other expenses. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays. The winner has 12 months to take their prize from the date that the winner is notified that their prize is confirmed.

On the comp page it says:The prize must be taken before 31 December 2010 and cannot be taken during Christmas, New Year, Easter or Bank Holidays in the UK or Spain. Transfers within the UK are not included.
which is different to that above as that says you have 12 months to take from the date you're notified.
