Im just taking the plunge with an IVA through Payplan, and i'm currently at the first "making a token payment" stage, I usually pay al my bills online so this writing cheques thing is all new to me lol
Anyway, where do i send the cheques to, some statements say do not include correspondence with your payment, but obviously i have to put my letter in saying about Payplan, should i send it to the regular payment address or to a general customer service address?

Just send to the normal payment address and if necessary they can always forward it to the right department. good luck!39 months til debt free heaven!:rotfl:0
