Hotel or apartment wanted - Glasgow - August

Hi
Any recommendations for hotel or apartment accommodation in Glasgow in August. I'd prefer either city centre or north (my sister lives in Milngavie), though could be persuaded by a good deal. Not sure yet if we are driving or flying, so parking could be a bonus too.

PS I've looked at the Premier Inn deal and it's not that great, at £59 without breakfast.
