All fab ideas. I have to use up last of mine so it is pasta with courgette ribbons and smoked salmon with the boursin added at the last minute. ( If being frugal get smoked salmon trimmings - all the flavour but much cheaper)MFW 91 op 2014 £410/1000

I agree - I like it spread on top of a piece of salmon, topped with breadcrumbs and then baked until crispy.0 -
Fab on baked potatoes.
And it freezes well.0 -

Du pain, du vin, du Boursin
You forgot Du Tracteur, that always makes me PMSL:rotfl::rotfl:It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0 -

I've added it to my shopping list for tomorrow now.0 -
Oooh I Love Boursin. My favourite way to use it is as follows:
Fry some leeks in butter until soft. Add cooked chicken. When the chicken is warmed through add a whole boursin and stir until it is melted.
This is Delicious served with salad and new potatoes or on a baked potato its scrummy as a pie filling too.
I have successfully frozen Boursin, I always have some in.
Delia has a recipe for baked potatoes and Boursin
Remove the middle of a baked potato and put in a bowl saving the skins. Mash the removed potato with Boursin and put it back in the skins. Top with sliced leeks and a sprinkle of grated cheese and put back in the oven for around 20-30mins (until leeks are cooked and cheese has melted). serve with salad. These are sooo tasty and moreish, we have them weekly!!0
