Is it secure to have a front garden bike shed?

Tell him to get a Brompton then he can store it in his room ;p0

If I had access to the back, I prob wouldn't consider storage at the front. Some friends of ours have just had a garage conversion which means that they now have to bring the bikes through the house, so they have been looking at alternative methods of storing, which is why I noticed the article in the bike magazine. Totally off the point, but ....you do sound like the ideal landlord/landlady though - v thoughtful and amenable! Thanks for the idea. How to you think about having a shed in the front garden? Would it be less secure than at the back garden?0 -
Thanks everyone. It looks like front is less secure and it would be better to have it concreted in with something looking shabby rather then a flash shed.
I will talk it over with my partner.
It's a bicycle.
Thanks for the comments about being thoughtful. I believe that it makes good business sense to treat people well.. as I can afford to. Check if there are any restrictive covenants on your property. It'll be in the deeds.
Our front garden has to stay open plan, so we're not allowed fences, sheds or anything like that. Here I go again on my own....0
