Hi guys
my mum found me an absolute treat this weekend, a Bernina sewing machine for £15! at a car boot. It is in lovely condition but sadly has parted company from the instruction manual. I've duly looked on the find a manual sticky above, and can get one by paying £11, but followed the advice on there thought i would ask and see if someone could provide a copy of the manual for a smaller amount? Anyone?

What a lucky find!! would`nt mind a Bernina myself,lol
Why don`t you ask on your local freecycle if anyone will help with instructions etc, also i`m in a lot of online sewing clubs and sometimes people ask for help like this, and others email them manuals.Might be worth a try.

Thanks nuttywoman, I will try those suggestions.
As for the find, I know! I couldn't believe it myself, I asked my mum a couple of weeks ago to keep her eye out for a bernina never thinking she would find one, when lo and behold this weekend she called me up to say she had got one. It belonged to the car booter's mother, who used to be a seamstress. I couldn't be more thrilled with it!Debt Oct 2005: £32,692.94
