I think you should pay for their return postage. It's not their fault that the auction wasn't clear.

I have agreed to send them another at my cost, but I feel they were to blame too, as all the others I have sold of these I have had no problems whatsoever. I will see what they say in reply. I get a feeling you dont do full time selling on ebay otherwise you wouldn't post "refund the lot"

I do sell a lot on eBay and If I make a mistake then I'll refund the whole amount.

You came on here and asked what we think you should do but it seems as though you had already made your mind up. My opinion differs to yours which you don't seem to like. It's kind of ironic as you asked for our views.

I personally think that the auction was clear enough, if I had been the buyer I would not have a problem with paying to send the item back, assuming the seller seemed reasonable. Just my personal opinion.

Seems clear enough to me too - it's in the second line of the description that the buyer should choose which one!

Sorry but the buyer is just dense...

Well I must be dense too.

A list of three tunes that do not relate to anything and three photos with no title or description of what they are!!

If I was the buyer and you made me pay for return postage I would not be a happy bunny!!

When i first looked at the page, i was thinking 3 different animals on one mobile, with a choice of songs.

The auction isn't clear. There is no way of knowing which tune relates to which mobile. The instruction to choose at checkout is clear but I don't understand why you despatched to a buyer who hadn't made a choice without trying to check the situation. It's painful but I think you need to replace and refund the return postage ( before you assume inadequate selling experience I'm on 800+ 100% positive much of it from selling) I 'm not at all sure the buyer is 'slow' , from the grammar of their email I think English may not be their first language.
