Hi,
This probably seems stupid to ask.
The requirements for the special support grant instead of the maintenance grant are: "if, during the academic year, you meet the conditions for being a ‘prescribed person’ under the Income Support or Housing Benefit Regulations"
Does it mean the actual applicant has to have been receiving the above, or does it include people who have parents receiving the above?
