So far, I've only heard good things about dtd. delivery to your door and find the best deal for you.

When i worked selling the cars we could either have the vehicle delivered to them at the customers expense (either driven or at greater cost on a trailer) but most would come and collect it from us. Here they got exactly the same treatment as if they were any other customer.

If the customer was collecting it i was happy to pick them up from the train station or even east midlands airport as we had lots of customers from scotland and ireland who would fly down and then drive back, often having a bit of a break at the same time.
