Nothing changed, just keep ignoring. Of course the driver's name wouldn't appear on the ticket. Don't forget that the parking company are not the police or the council, but just a private company with no special powers. How would you think they had the ability to find out the name of the driver?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Was the driver in the car-park for under 2 hours?

If so the loss to the landowner is zero, it's a free car-park.

I'm assuming it's a car-park which gives free parking for up-to 2 hours before bringing in a pay & display tariff for above 2 hours (say £1 an hour), rather than a car-park which says "you can park here for 2 hours, be here for 2 hours & 1 second and it will cost you £70"

Absolutely, 2hrs free then a charge afterwards, seen as the vehicle was not in the car park for no more than one hour, maybe 90 mins at the most, it seems like a rather irrelevant ticket, and they're asking for £50...rising to £80 if not paid within 14 days.

Sorry if this is a repeat of a previous question, i'm just a tad nervous about ignoring this and my partner is not sure i should ignore it at all!

    Many thanks again

Ignore it all, it's a free-car park, the driver owes them nothing.

Thank you, i was thinking that as well, as the landowner is not at a loss in any way.

    Thanks again :-)

LOL, try clicking back a step on the forum, to view the index to see the current threads! :rotfl:

You will be amazed how much this has indeed been done to death but at least you asked and didn't pay or appeal. See my signature, the forum index is only ever a click away. Read the top sticky thread 'PPC letters & threats' and make sure you watch the Watchdog clip on there.

Also read any other current thread (the forum is updated every single day with the same question and this thread you stumbled across is years old).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

This ticket is nothing other than an attempted scam.

Do not let it be a successful scam.

Ignore everything that gets sent, and the crooks will go away as they will realise they are not fooling you.

Never reply or appeal. They are con-men.
