The format in which they write. There is a lot of speculation as to wether or not certain formats are better for certain things.
If you have a dvd+r writer use a dvd+r disc and vice versa. If your writer can handle both then you can use either. I use a lot of dvd-r as I have used them for years and never had any probs.0 -

Just to simply differentiate between the different formats, I don't think it really means anything."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Lets not foget there is also DVD-RAM which used to be the preferred format of dvd recorders (for your tv). Just thought I'd add a little confusion

I think the OP did see but did not understand the plus dash terminology, which to me does seem a bit arbitrary and isn't explained in the links, but they were informative."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

all i said was "the dvd player i have will take both then, thats fine then," meaning that i checked the dvd player that it accepts both typesNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20
