Advice Needed

Hi. I was hoping someone can answer my query on an Ebay/Paypal transaction.

I recently purchasd an item on Ebay for around 70 pounds (item for sale in the US), and paid immediately with PayPal which is linked to my credit card. About 2 hrs later I received an email from Ebay indicating that they had suspended the Ebay account of the seller pending a fraud investigation. This was a few days ago. They stated that the auction I won was declared null and void (in fact all the sellers auctions were cancelled.)

I have contacted the seller to no avail and suspect they will not send the item. What should I do? I could raise a dispute with PayPal, or I could try and claim the money back from my CC company?

Thanks in advance for your help.
