HELP.. halifax only provded charges for one account

just had a letter from halifax usual rubbish but offered £78 refund and only sent a list of charges (not full statements )relating to 1 account total charges £333 when i gave D.P.A in i requested lists for both my accounts i paid £10 fee and got a reciept this was 24 june so they only got about 9 days left in the letter it says "turning to your request for an exaustive list of charges your request is very specific, there is normally a £10 charge for a formal request however in interest of customer relations i have provided a list of your bank charges for the last 6 yrs free of charge. " but i paid £10 also does that cover any accounts in my name ? or is it £10 for each ? also the account im still waiting for is a joint account did i need to request information in both our names ? i will not be accepting their offer of £78 but im not sure how to word the letter to them ? HELP!!!!:eek: also i wrote to them 2 days ago as i hadnt heard anything saying i was still waiting for both accounts details and that they had 10 days left to reply or i would have no other option than to report them for breach of dpa request ect so do i leave it a few days
