They hire subcontractors.

The guy who turned up was a decent guy, but he was only given an hour or two per job, so he was just going to roll it out, not do it properly.
I asked for the rockwool so I could do it myself,
but the subcontractor was not allowed to.
We called Miller Pattison, who just said no.
God knows what they get from the government,
they should be struck off the approved list.

The director should be put into a cell without insulation,
and feel what his customer feels.
