Hi,
My car has been declared a total loss and the money has been authorised already and accepted by me on Friday 12/03/2010. They have processed payment which takes 3 -5 working days.
My question is, how do they pay? I pay monthly via Direct Debit, so will they just reimburst my account.
I must say Direct Line have been pretty good, I have been with them for 4 years and this is my first claim, although a little slow in getting their engineer to confirm loss it has been quite pleasant.
Thanks
