Hi all
I had a loan with london scottish which we took ppi out on. London scottish got taken over by Morses when London Scottish went bankrupt. My husband was self employed at the time so Im just wondering if we would have a case with the companies not being the same?
Any advice would be gratefully recieved

Hi Claire and welcome
You need to contact the Financial compensation scheme who have LS listed with them, you make a claim through these, and as they are already in default then it should not take too long, so do give the FSCS a ring and request for a claim form by asking if they are listed with them, even though they are as I have seen the company on the search box on their site.

Please keep us posted, it may also help if you also check out the companies in default thread where many of us have been in your situation and made a claim through the FSCS, here:
