Ebay keep cancelling the auction

My neice is trying to sell a mobile phone on E-Bay
She has listed the item 3 times and each time it has been won and then E-Bay have e-mailed her to say that the winner bidder has been banned etc from E-Bay so she has to re-sell the item.
Can she claim any of her listing fees back from E-Bay as it is them that keep cancelling the auction?
Thanks

Your niece won't be able to get back any listing fees only final value fees.
Your niece needs to file a NPB to each of the winning bidders. Usually a seller has to wait 7 days to do this but as the buyers are NARU you can file a NPB immediately and reclaim FVF.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

In MyEbay there should be a Dispute Console where you can report a Non Paying Bidder and then claim back the final value fees.Newlywed at the point I joined the forum... now newly separated0

FVF=Final Value Fee. This is a % of the final end price that eBay charge a seller.
NPB=Non-paying buyer. Previously when a buyer didn't pay for an item a seller would issue a NPB, eBay have now renamed this process unpaid items. Your niece needs to start an unpaid item dispute.
NARU=Not a registered user.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

I'd advise checking buyer requirements here before re-listing. It helps prevent unsavoury types bidding and ruining your listings.
