Does anyone have any experience of this site? swisstool
I purchased a couple of items and paid for them with my debit card on 25th feb. have received nothing and no replies to numerous emails I have sent. I used the site, stupidy, I suppose because it came up first in the google search engine for zippos so I stupidly thought it was the cheapest and appeared a legit site. Now I'm left with nothing and thirty pounds out of pocket, which is a lot for me!!!!!! There doesn't seem to be anything I can do about getting money back either! No tel no to contact. When I log in to site it even takes me to previous orders and my invoice is there ok with queued next to it....whatever that means!

Anyone got any experience of this site and/or any ideas what I can do or is it put it down to experience? :(:(

it's a shame you didn't read the reviews of this company first. they make dismal reading.

have a look at these, they may help you decide what to do next - some people have had some success after contacting swisstool's supplier, burton-mccall. maybe worth a try?

Strangely, like some others on that site, once I threatened further action....my goods arrived! Funny that! But I wouldn't use the site again !
