Hi
My clarinet was supposed to be delivered by 9am today.. arranged this specifically with the people sending it because I need it for a concert tomorrow! It hasn't arrived yet, and I don't even know who is delivering let alone a tracking number.. Has anyone got any ideas? Is it likely to be delivered later today? (I trust that the people sending it did send it to arrive before 9am today, its far more likely the delivery company)
If it is lost, does anyone know how long it'll likely take the delivery company to admit its lost?
I know all I'll get is speculation but I am really worried..
Thanks
Rosemary

If you have a phone number for the people you bought it off, call them and tell them you're concerned about the concert tomorrow.
You know that you're probably worrying over nothing, but you would really appreciate it if you could get the shipping information in case the delivery man can't find you.Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott
It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.0 -
Sorry, I should have said, I tried to call them but they're not open at weekends. I have sent them an email but I guess if they don't answer phones at the weekend they're unlikely to check emails. They're quite a small company.0
