How much redundancy pay?

In a couple of weeks I'll be finding out whether or not I'm going to be made redundant from my part time job
I've been there for 2 and a half years

I was doing about 22 hours per week, then last year I cut my hours down to just 18 per month.

Will my redundancy pay be worked out using my new hours or will my previous hours be taken into account?

I am not sure of your situation but redundancy payments are calculated accordingly to your salary, age and time worked, the best place to check is the government website redundancy calculator, and also the acas website, failing that citizens advise, they should be able to advise of your exact situation.

according to the redundancy calculator I'll get £75 :rotfl:
